Feile an Phobail offered free tickets to their festival dance night for the first 500 people to get vaccinated at a pop-up vaccination clinic. The media sold the event as a huge success, yet only 154 people turned up.
FOI Reveals The Closure of Close-Contact Services in Northern Ireland Was Not Based On The Data
Close-contact services in Northern Ireland were closed for 4 months in 2021. The claim is this was due to the potential danger of covid spread. However, a FOIR has revealed there were only 41 cases that were associated with 16 outbreaks and/or clusters from 1 August 2020 – 31 December 2020 out of an approximate 1.8m visits.
N.I. Public Health Agency & Covid Advertising Costs
The Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland has dished out over £450K on Covid fear-mongering at a time when 25% of children in NI live in poverty. Thanks to a Freedom of Information request I can reveal where most of that spending ends up.

Facebook sponsored FullFact.org supported the BBC’s estimate that 10K people attended London’s 24th of April pro-freedom rally. When I challenged FullFact on this they accepted it was likely in teh region of 30K people in attendance.
Covid-19 Has It’s Own Advertising Agency in NI
The NI Executive has spent huge sums of money on advertising Covid to ensure people remain aware it’s still a threat, in case they had forgotten. We submitted a FOI request asking for a breakdown of their advertising costs.
BBC Caught in an ‘Ass-Covering’ Exercise
The BBC’s Marie-Louise Connolly called for “young ones” in the 0-19 age group to be vaccinated. When challenged the BBC responded by saying that by “young ones” she meant those under 59. When challenged again the BBC concluded she meant teenagers only. In this example, we show how far the BBC will go to cover up for its won journalist’s disasters.

Chris Pagel of Zero Covid grouping, Independent Sage, presented a poorly worded tweet displaying an inability to understand rolling rate data and how that is reflected in slides. I challenged her on this and I detail that exchange here.
The Telegraph Retraction: No evidence that 12-15 year olds are “most responsible” for spreading
Henry Bodkin, a correspondent for the Telegraph claimed that “12 to 15-year-olds one of the age groups most responsible for spreading the virus.” After refusing to provide evidence for his claim we appealed to the Telegraph complaints department and forced them into retracting the statement.
